I help startup companies and small businesses in general grow and gain scale. I do it by improving their understanding of their industry, their business, their drivers of growth and the strategy and execution they need to put in place to succeed. I also co-manage a small family business so live the day-to-day of the growth pains SCORE clients feel. Given my background, I am mostly focused on the Tech, E-Commerce and Services industries but have also helped small businesses in other sectors. I have a very diversified work experience - in several industries, functional roles and countries, and in small to large companies with different maturity levels. I have accomplishments in Business roles (strategy, business launches and expansion, marketing, operations, supply chain, etc) as well as in Finance (having managed large businesses and orgs). I use it to provide sound, tangible, hands-on and effective advisory to my clients.
